When you do any action on playlist, such as adding a new episode into one, Ziepod automatically updates its listing inside iTunes but cannot do it for iPod, by default. You can update your iPod manually or automatically. Here is how to do so:
Manual Update :
There are two ways you can use to update your iPod manually.
- Make a right click on the iPod icon ( ) located inside the 'Subscriptions' tab
- From popped up menu, select 'Update iPod' menu option
Ziepod provides a hotkey, which is somekind of keyboard shortcut, that can be used to update your iPod even while you are using other applications as long as Ziepod is running at the background.
For example, assume that you select ALT+CTRL+U key combination. While browsing on the Internet with your favorite browser, pressing those keys at the same time will update your iPod, which is not even given by iTunes as a function.

Automated Update :
If you like, Ziepod can automatically update iPod after any action. That is, if you add a new playlist, or any episode to any playlist, or even deleting or editing one, Ziepod immediately updates iPod.
