'Now Playing' panel provides player-oriented environment. It consists of two major components; first is the center panel to show related descriptive information about playing files and the second one is the playlist at the right handside of the panel. If you have a Ziepod+, centeral panel is also used to watch video files.
Info about Playing Files:
One of the distinctive features of the this tab is that while listening to a podcast episode, you can also read its description at the center panel. It is not title but its description, its publication date, originated podcast, its actual location on the internet and its saved location on your computer, if it's downloaded.
This feature is very neat because after adding any episode into the playlist, you may need to learn more about that file and this feature completely saves your time since you don't have to search that episode among your subscriptions.
Ziepod not only shows this information for playing episode, it shows for every item in the playlist. You just need to select the one from the list.
Playlist:
Like any other music player, Ziepod has its own playlist. As new podcasts episodes are detected or downloaded, you can add them into your playlist and start to listen to them one after another. To learn more about how to use the playlist, check the 'Playlist Panel' help topic. |
